Closed Loop was born out of experience. Experience with chronic disease management and disease reversal programs. Experience with people suffering from these diseases. Experiences with communities that support patients. Experience with providers attempting to treat patients. And experience with healthcare technology.

Chris Rosati | President & Co-Founder

I am the guy who always has a new idea. After spending 10+ years working in chronic disease management, I moved on to serve in various roles in healthcare IT.  I was intrigued by the concept that all requirements of effective, sustainable disease management – support, instruction, tracking and accountability – could be facilitated with technology. But while most companies in healthcare IT focus on the IT, I believed from the beginning that Closed Loop should focus on the patient.

I am a grateful husband and a proud father of two girls. And I’m a Blue Devil.

Siu Tong, PhD | Co-Founder

Dr. Tong is founder and CEO of Infina Connect Healthcare Systems. He was CEO and Chairman of Engineous Software, where he grew the company by 2,355% over four years. Prior to Engineous, Dr. Tong was Chairman and founder of Optimum Technologies, and led a software development team at General Electric’s Global Research Center. Dr. Tong has a B.S. in Engineering from Cornell University and a Ph.D., SM in Aeronautical Engineering and Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dave Neal | Co-Founder

Dave is the jack-of-many-trades for Closed Loop. He is the Managing Partner for Triangle Startup Factory and serves on the Boards of a number of healthcare technology companies. Dave is also an Adjunct at Kenan Flagler Business School and enjoys the early-stage company environment. He has helped guide companies in various roles including CEO and CFO.
